• No account is necessary for submitting service requests.
• No location details for the equipment are required.
• You can scan the barcode of the equipment License Plate sticker using your phone’s camera or manually input the License Plate.
• Choose from a selection of preset problem descriptions for the equipment being reported.
• Opt to receive email or text message notifications about the request status.

This application enables you to request service for any equipment marked with a CSC ServiceWorks License Plate sticker. Please be aware that if you are utilizing a CSCPay Mobile or CSC GO laundry room, it may be advantageous to utilize the respective mobile apps for service reports.
